FORMULA TWENTY, 400ML

Formula 20 is a specialist mould release agent based on a unique, active material that has been formulated to provide improved release characteristics (compared to conventional non-silicone release agents) on a wide range of thermoplastic and thermoset materials, whilst still allowing post moulding operations to be carried out. It releases as effectively as traditional silicone based release agents. No oily film reduces the need to clean. Will not affect post moulding operations. It provides light, ‘wax-like’, film for release of plastic parts in injection moulding. It is particularly suited to automotive, rapid prototyping and consumer electronic moulding operations where post moulding processes usually occur. Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production. It is highly suited for use as a wax pattern release agent in lost wax casting applications. It eliminates need to wax wash patterns prior to ceramic shell coat process.

Note

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
