FORMULA FOUR, 400ML

Formula 4 is a non-silicone mould release agent. It is based on ‘edible’ vegetable oils and has been formulated for the release of PVC, Polyurethane Elastomers and many other types of polymers. It Provides a ‘wet’ non-silicone release film for the release of PVC and Polyurethane Elastomers in injection moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes. Ideal for use in the production of food-quality packaging. Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production. Also useful as an anti-stick agent in the food, textiles, foam converting, printing and shoe industries. N.B. The product is completely free of silicones and will therefore allow decorative treatment (e.g. painting, plating) of the moulded part.

Note

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
