CHAINSPRAY, 400ML

ChainSpray is a lubricating and protective agent based on a mixture of oils, rust inhibitors and surfactants. It has been formulated to offer maximum adhesion to chain links for protection against rust, whilst also giving full penetration to lubricate the links. Ensures minimal chain wear and resists throw-off, water wash and dust absorption. Safe to use on running chains and can be applied through inspection holes and guards. Also available as an alternative product specifically for use on fork lift trucks: FLT ChainSpray. Suitable for use in many different industries and area like fork lift trucks, bottle washing plant, lifting, textile machinery, canning machinery, packaging machinery, escalator manufacturers, cement and quarry plant chains on furnace doors, paper making machinery, chain driven belts and machinery.

• MOD Approval to Ref. D/DQA/TS/CS/217/1 and also approved for use by Lansing Bagnall Forklifts
• SG at 25°C is 0.72
• Pressure at 25°C is 3bar
• Discharge rate is 1.2 g/sec
• Insoluble in water
• Classified as extremely flammable under current EC Regulations

Note

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and naked flame.
