Product Overview
TS391RILT is a low-power single-voltage comparator. This device consists of a low-power voltage comparator designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operations from split power supplies is also possible. This comparator also has a unique characteristic where the input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even though it is operated from a single power supply voltage.
- Differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage
- TTL, DTL, ECL, CMOS compatible outputs
- Input offset voltage is 1mV typical at (VCC + = 5V, VCC- = 0V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 25nA typical at (VCC + = 5V, VCC- = 0V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Input offset current is 5nA typical at (VCC + = 5V, VCC- = 0V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Large signal voltage gain is 200V/mV typical at ((VCC +) = 15V, RL = 15kohm, Vο = 1 tο 11V)
- Supply current ((VCC +) = 5V, no load) is 0.2mA typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Small signal response time is 1.3µs typical at (RL = 5.1kohm to (VCC +))
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
