Product Overview
BD87522FJ-LBE2 is a rail-to-rail input/output CMOS operational amplifier. This operational amplifier is the most suitable for industrial requirements such as sensor amplifier, battery-powered equipment and so on because it has features of high output drive. Furthermore, they have the advantage of EMI tolerance. It makes easier replacing with conventional products or simpler designing EMI. It is used in applications such as industrial equipment, various sensor amplifier, battery-powered equipment, current detection amplifier, ADC peripheral circuits, buffer, photodiode peripheral circuits, various amplifier.
- Single supply voltage range from 4.0V to 15.0V
- Dual supply voltage range from ±2.0V to ±7.5V
- Input offset voltage is 1mV maximum
- Output current is 16.5 mA typical at (VOUT = 0.5V)
- Input bias current is 1pA typical at (VDD = 5V, VSS = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
- Supply current is 3.95mA typical at (G = 0dB, No load, VDD = 5V, VSS = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
