9DBL0851BKILFT buffer is a low-power, high-performance members of Renesas' full-featured PCIe family. This buffer with 8 clock output support PCIe Gen1 through Gen5. Typical applications include PCIe riser cards, nVME storage, networking, accelerators and industrial control/embedded.
- Common clocked (CC), independent reference (IR) with and without spread spectrum (SRIS, SRNS)
- Additive PCIe Gen5 CC jitter 60fs RMS (fan-out), PCIe Gen5 CC jitter 150fs RMS (high-BW ZDB)
- 2 to 8 low-power HCSL (LP-HCSL) outputs eliminate 4 resistors per output pair
- 85ohm output impedance
- Spread-spectrum compatible, dedicated OE# pin for each output
- 1MHz to 200MHz operation in fan-out mode, 3 selectable SMBus addresses
- Extensive SMBus-selectable features allow optimization to customer requirements
- SMBus interface not required for device operation
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- 48 pin VFQFPN package
