ZXTR2105F-7

ZXTR2105F-7 is a regulator transistor. It monolithically integrates a transistor, zener diode and resistor to function as a linear regulator. This device regulates with a 5V nominal output at 15mA. It is designed for use in high-voltage applications where standard linear regulators cannot be used. This function is fully integrated into a SOT23 package, minimizing PCB area and reducing the number of components when compared with a multi-chip discrete solution. It is used in applications such as 12V to 5V rails, 24V to 5V rails, and other customized input rails.

• Quiescent current is 450µA typical at (VIN = 12V, IOUT = 10µA, VIN = 60V, IOUT = 10µA)
