VJ1812Y105KBBAT4X is a VJ OMD series surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitor for boardflex sensitive applications. Application includes demanding boardflex applications, input filter capacitors, output filter capacitors, snubber capacitors reduce MOSFET voltage spikes, filtering for switching power supplies.
- Open mode design reduces risk of shorts or leakage in board flex applications
- Excellent reliability and thermal shock performance
- Efficient low-power consumption, ripple current capable to 1.2ARMS at 100KHz
- High voltage breakdown compared to standard design
- Polymer termination available for intensive board flex requirements
- Wet build process, reliable Noble Metal Electrode (NME) system
- X7R dielectric, 1µF capacitance, ±10% capacitance tolerance
- Polymer 100% tin plated matte finish termination
- 100V DC voltage rating
