TCR15AGADJ,LF(S is a TCR15AG series CMOS single output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra low dropout voltage, low inrush current and fast load transient response. Other features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, inrush current reduction, under voltage lockout and Auto-discharge. As small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the TCR15AG series, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones. Suitable for power IC developed for portable applications.

• 1.5A CMOS ultra low dropout, ultra high ripple rejection ratio regulator
• Low drop-out voltage, adjustable output voltage
• Load transient response is +115mV typ (IOUT = 1.5A→0.01A, Tj = 25°C)
• Ripple rejection ratio is 95dB typ (Tj = 25°C)
• Overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, auto-discharge
• Inrush current reduction, output voltage soft start, under voltage lockout
• Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
• Stable with over 4.7μF input capacitor, 1.0μF bias capacitor and 4.7μF output ceramic capacitor
