Product Overview
TCK401G,LF(S is a high input voltage external FET driver IC. It has a wide input voltage range. It can also block reverse current if switch turned off by using external series FET. Thus this is suitable for power management selector such as battery charge application.
- Input operation voltage range from 2.7 to 28V
- High maximum input voltage: VIN max is 40V
- Auto output discharge, charge pump circuit
- Inrush current reducing circuit
- Over voltage lock out (over 28V), under voltage lock out (under 2.7V)
- Reverse current protection by external back to back MOSFET
- Input quiescent current (ON state) is 121µA typ (VCT: high, VIN = 5.0V, Ta = 25°C)
- Output current is 38µA typ (VIN = 5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Control pull down resistance is 600Kohm typ (VCT= 5V, Ta = 25°C)
- 6-pin WCSP6E package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
