TC7SET17FU,LJ(CT is a schmitt buffer IC (CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC).
- Compatible with TTL outputs, 5.5V tolerant inputs
- Low power dissipation ICC is 2.0µA (max) (Ta = 25°C)
- Wide operating voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- Input leakage current is ±0.1µA max at (VIN = 5.5V or GND, 0 to 5.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 2µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 5.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 5ns typ at (5.0 ±0.5V, CL =15pF, Ta = 25°C, input tr = tf = 3ns)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
