Product Overview
74HC4052D(BJ) is a dual 4-channel analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer. It is fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The digital signal to the control terminal turns "ON" the corresponding switch of each channel a large amplitude signal (VCC - VEE) can then be switched by the small logical amplitude (VCC - GND) control signal.
- Low power dissipation is 4.0µA maximum at (VCC = 6V, VEE = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Low ON-resistance is 50 ohm typical at (VCC - VEE = 9V)
- Vcc supply voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V
- ON-resistance is 180 ohm typical at (Ta = 25°C)
- Input/output leakage current is ±0.06µA maximum at (Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 4µA maximum at (Ta = 25°C)
- Control input capacitance is 5pF typical at (Ta = 25°C)
- Sine wave distortion is 0.025% typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 50pF, fIN = 1KHz)
- 120MHz maximum frequency response at (Ta = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, SOIC16 package
