Product Overview
TSB622 is a general purpose dual operational amplifier. It features an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. It also offers an excellent speed/power consumption ratio with 1.7MHz gain bandwidth product. Qualified and characterized according to AEC Q100 and Q003 or equivalent, advanced screening according to AEC Q001 & Q002 or equivalent. It is widely used in application such as industrial, power supplies, automotive etc.
- Low offset voltage is 1mV max at 25°C
- Low current consumption is 375μA max
- Operating supply voltage range is 2.7V to 36V
- Unity gain stable,Input common mode voltage incudes ground
- High ESD tolerance is 4kV HBM, EMI hardened
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C
- Packaging style is DFN8, automotive qualification
