F1162NBGI is a RF to IF dual down converting mixer. This device is part of a series of mixers offered with high side or low side injection options for all UTRA bands. The F1162 dual channel device is designed to operate with a single 5V supply. It is optimized for operation in a multi-mode, multi-carrier Base Station receiver for RF bands from 2300 to 2700MHz with low side or high side injection.
- Dual path for diversity systems, ideal for multi-carrier systems
- 8.9dB typical gain, ultra linear +43dBm IP3O
- Low NF <lt/>10dB, 200 ohm output impedance
- Ultra high +13dBm P1dBI, pin compatible w/existing solutions
- Constant LO Port Z in STBY mode, <lt/>200nsec settling from power down
- ICC = 230mA low current mode, ICC = 330mA standard mode
- 2300 to 2700MHz RF frequency range, 7,38,40,41 UART brands, 50 to 500MHz IF frequency range
- High and low side injection
- 4.75 to 5.25V supply voltage range (TC = +25°C)
- 36pin QFN package, operating temperature range from TC = -40°C to +100°C (case temperature)
