Product Overview
F1152NBGI is a Zero-Distortion™ RF to IF dual down converting mixer. This device is part of a series of mixers offered with high side or low side injection options for all UTRA bands. It is a dual channel device is designed to operate with a single 5V supply. It is optimized for operation in a multi-mode, multi-carrier base station receiver for RF bands from 1400 to 2200MHz with low side injection or from 1400 to 1700MHz with high side injection.
- 50 to 350Hz IF frequency range, 8.5dB typical gain
- Low side injection
- Dual path for diversity systems, ideal for multi-carrier systems
- Low NF is <lt/>10dB, 200 ohm typical IF output impedance (differential return loss 13dB)
- Ultra high +13dBm P1dBI, pin compatible w/existing solutions
- Power down mode, <lt/>200nsec settling from power down
- Minimizes synth pulling in standby mode
- Low current mode ICC is 232mA, standard mode is 327mA
- Supply voltage range from 4.75 to 5.25V (all VCC pins)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +100°C (case temperature)
