Product Overview
9QXL2000BNLGI is a 20-output very-low-additive phase jitter fanout buffer for PCIe Gen4 and Gen5. It offers integrated terminations for 85ohm transmission lines. Typical applications are servers, storage, networking, SSDs.
- Common clocked (CC), independent reference (IR) with and without spread spectrum architectures
- Low-power HCSL (LP-HCSL) 85ohm outputs eliminate 80 resistors, saving 130mm² of area
- Low-power HCSL (LP-HCSL) outputs reduce device power consumption by 50%
- 8 OE# pins configurable to control up to 20 outputs
- 9 selectable SMBus addresses, spread spectrum compatible
- Supply voltage range from 3.135 to 3.465V (supply voltage for core and analogue)
- Input current is 50μA max (VIN = 0 V, VIN = VDD, single-ended inputs)
- Input frequency is 400MHz maximum (VDD = 3.3V)
- 0.50mm pitch 72-VFQFPN package
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C
