NCV7041DM3G100R2G is a bi-directional, high voltage, high resolution, current sense amplifier. It features a gain range of 100V/V, with a maximum ±0.3% gain error over the entire temperature range. It consists of a preamplifier and buffer with access to output and input via A1 and A2 pins for an intermediate filter network or modified gain. It is used in applications such as telecom equipment, power supply designs, diesel injection control, automotive, and solenoids /actuators. It is AEC−Q100 qualified and PPAP capable.
- Gain bandwidth is 100KHz typical at (VS = 5V, TA = +25°C, VCM = 12V)
- Input offset voltage is ±300V maximum at (VS = 5V, TA = +25°C, VCM = 12V)
- Input offset drift over temperature is ±3V/°C maximum at (VS = 5V, TA = +25°C, VCM = 12V)
- Gain error is ±0.3% maximum at (VS = 5V, TA = +25°C, VCM = 12V, VREF = 2.5V, RL ≥ 10Kohm)
- Quiescent current is 1.5mA typical at (VS = 5V, TA = +25°C, VCM = 12V, VREF = 2.5V, RL ≥ 10Kohm)
- Supply voltage range from 3V to 5.5V, low-pass filter (1-pole or 2-pole)
- Common mode input voltage range from -6V to 80V
- Power supply rejection ratio is 90dB typical at (VS = 5V, TA = +25°C, VCM = 12V)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 105dB typical at (VS = 5V, TA = +25°C, VCM = 12V)
