MKM14Z128ACHH5R is a KM1x mainstream precision metrology microcontroller based on Arm® Cortex®-M0+. It enables single-chip one-, two-, and three-phase electricity meters, as well as flow meter and other precision measurement applications. It includes a powerful analogue front end. It provides security, including memory protection, tamper detection, and protection of supplier/user data. It supports high-precision internal voltage reference with low temperature drift. It features a comprehensive enablement suite including reference designs.
