BUK9875-100A/CUX is a logic-level N-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) in a plastic package using TrenchMOS technology. This product has been designed and qualified to the appropriate AEC standard for use in automotive critical applications. Typical applications include 12V, 24V and 42V loads, automotive and general purpose power switching, motors, lamps and solenoids.
- Low conduction losses due to low on-state resistance
- Q101 compliant
- Suitable for logic level gate drive sources
- Drain-source voltage is 100V max at Tj ≥ 25°C; Tj ≤ 150°C
- Drain-gate voltage is 100V max at RGS = 20kohm
- Gate-source voltage is 10V maximum
- Total power dissipation is 8W max at Tsp = 25°C
