Product Overview
The Multicomp MC002963 is a thermally conductive two-part epoxy adhesive. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs and other heat-generating components within electronic assemblies. It is dark grey, smooth, viscous, thixotropic and bonds well to a variety of substrates. MC002963 has been designed for maximum thermal conductivity with a high viscosity.

- 45 minutes working life
- Thermal conductivity of 1.4W/(mK)
- Provides strong electrical insulation
- 24hr cure time at room temperature or 1hr at 65°C (149°F)
- High tensile and compressive strength
- Strong resistivity to humidity, salt water, mild bases and alophatic hydrocarbons
