The KM393 is a low-power, dual-channel analog comparator designed for precision and efficiency. Featuring low offset voltage and a fast 1.3 µs response time, it operates seamlessly across a wide voltage range of 2V to 36V or ±1V to ±18V. Ideal for signal processing and high-accuracy applications, the KM393 delivers reliable performance for battery-powered devices, industrial controls, and other precision systems.
- Wide single-supply range from 2V to 36V
- Very low current drain independent of supply voltage of 0.4mA
- Low input bias current is 25nA
- Low input offset current is 5nA
- Low input offset voltage is 5mV (max)
- Input common mode range to ground level
- Differential input voltage range equal to power supply voltage
