Product Overview
180390011 is a SLT3 shielded tester. It is a rugged, lightweight product designed to verify the integrity of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-pair UTP or STP channels. Incorporating a unique 3-in-1 design, this tester features built-in modular jacks for USOC, 568A and 568B wiring sequences, eliminating the need to attach separate converters or adapters. Powered by a 9V battery, this compact hand-held tester is ideal for anyone who wants to test the integrity of the wire mapping in their cabling system. The two units separate for end-to-end testing of installed cabling. Shorts, opens, reversals, or mis-wires are easily detected within seconds – the continuously-sequencing LED display immediately highlights any problems in the cabling system.
