Product Overview
PL133-37TC is an advanced fanout buffer design for high performance, low-power, small form-factor applications. The PL133-37 accepts a reference clock input of 1MHz to 150MHz and produces three inverted outputs of the same frequency. Reference clock inputs may be LVCMOS or sine-wave signals (the inputs are internally AC-coupled). It offers the best phase noise, jitter performance, and lowest power consumption of any comparable IC.
- 3 LVCMOS inverted outputs
- Output current is 12mA min (VOL = 0.4V, VOH = 2.4V, VDD = 3.3V)
- Supports LVCMOS or sine wave input clock, very low jitter and phase noise
- Low current consumption
- Input frequency range from 1 to 150MHz (2.5V and 3.3V operation)
- Input signal amplitude range from 0.8VPP max (Internally AC-coupled, ≤150MHz, VDD = 2.5V and 3.3V)
- Output enable time is 10ns max (OE function, TA = +25°C, 15pF load)
- Duty cycle range from 45 to 55% (input duty cycle is 50%)
- Operating voltage range from 1.62 to 3.63V, 12mA output current min (VOL=0.4V, VOH=2.4V, VDD=3.3V)
- 6-lead SOT23 package, commercial operating temperature range from 0 to +70°C
