Product Overview
PL133-37TC-R is an advanced fanout buffer design for high-performance, low-power, small form-factor applications. It accepts a reference clock input of 1MHz to 150MHz and produces three inverted outputs of the same frequency. Reference clock inputs may be LVCMOS or sine-wave signals (the inputs are internally AC-coupled). It offers the best phase noise, jitter performance, and lowest power consumption of any comparable IC.
- 3 LVCMOS inverted outputs, 12mA output drive strength
- Supports LVCMOS or sine wave input clock
- Very low jitter and phase noise, input frequency is 150MHz maximum
- Low current consumption, output rise time is 3ns max at (15pF load, 10/90% VDD, 3.3V)
- Supply current, (standby) is 0.3mA typical at (OE pin pulled low, VDD = 3.3V)
- Output current is 12mA minimum at (VOL = 0.4V, VOH = 2.4V, VDD = 3.3V)
- Additive phase jitter is 70fs typical at (VDD = 3.3V, frequency = 26MHz,offset = 12KHz ~ 5MHz)
- Output-to-output skew is 250ps maximum
- Output fall time is 2ns typical at (15pF load, 10/90% VDD, 3.3V)
- 6-lead SOT23 package, 0°C to +70°C temperature range
