PL133-37TC-R

PL133-37TC-R is an advanced fanout buffer design for high-performance, low-power, small form-factor applications. It accepts a reference clock input of 1MHz to 150MHz and produces three inverted outputs of the same frequency. Reference clock inputs may be LVCMOS or sine-wave signals (the inputs are internally AC-coupled). It offers the best phase noise, jitter performance, and lowest power consumption of any comparable IC.

• Additive phase jitter is 70fs typical at (VDD = 3.3V, frequency = 26MHz,offset = 12KHz ~ 5MHz)
• Output-to-output skew is 250ps maximum
• Output fall time is 2ns typical at (15pF load, 10/90% VDD, 3.3V)
