AC002023 XLP Current Measuring Cable makes measurement of low currents simple by providing user with a direct interface to new XLP Development Boards. The cable connects directly to the chip level or board level current measurement points allowing analysis by bench or handheld ammeters. As it is more reliable than clips, this cable is the perfect tool to bring users next eXtreme Low Power design to reality.
