Product Overview
TLE4284DV50ATMA1 is a monolithic integrated NPN-type voltage regulator that can supply loads up to 1A. It is designed to supply microprocessor systems or other loads under the severe conditions of automotive applications and therefore it is equipped with additional protection against overload, short circuit and over temperature. An input voltage VI in the range of (VQ + VDR) <lt/> VI <lt/> 40V is regulated to VQ. The dropout voltage VDR ranges from 1.1V to 1.4V depending on the load current level.
- Short circuit protection, overtemperature protection, AEC qualified
- Line regulation is 0.5% typical at (3V ≤ (VI– VQ) ≤ 40V)
- Load regulation is 0.2% typical at (10mA ≤ IQ ≤ 800mA;VI = 3V; VQ = VREF)
- Dropout voltage is 1V typical at (IQ = 100mA, -40°C <lt/> Tj <lt/> 150°C)
- Current consumption is 100µA typical at (IQ = 10mA; -40°C <lt/> Tj <lt/> 150°C)
- Current limit is 2000mA maximum at (1.4V <lt/> VI- VQ <lt/> 18V; VQ = Vnom -100mV)
- RMS output noise is 30ppm typical at (-40°C <lt/> Tj <lt/> 150°C; VI - VQ = 13.5V, IQ = 10mA)
- Power supply ripple rejection ratio is 65dB typ at (VQ = 10V, fr = 120Hz, Vr = 0.5VPP, CADJ = 0µF)
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C
- PG-TO-252-3 package
