Product Overview
TLE42702DATMA1 is an OPTIREG™ linear 5V low-drop fixed-voltage regulator. Up to an input voltage of 26V and for an output current up to 650mA it regulates the output voltage within a 2% accuracy. The short circuit protection limits the output current to more than 650mA. This device incorporates overvoltage protection and temperature protection which turns off the device at high temperatures. It is used in general automotive applications.
- Low-drop voltage, reset functionality, adjustable reset time
- Suitable for use in automotive electronics, integrated overtemperature protection
- Reverse polarity protection, input voltage up to 42V
- Short-circuit proof, ESD protection: ±2kV HBM, AEC-Q100
- Load regulation is 25mV typical at (IQ = 5 to 550mA; VI = 6V)
- Power supply ripple rejection ratio is 54dB typical at (fr = 100Hz; Vr = 0.5Vpp)
- Charge current is 14µA typical at (VD = 1V, VI = 13.5V; Tj = -40 to 125°C)
- Drop voltage is 350mV typical at (IQ = 550mA, VI = 13.5V; Tj = -40 to 125°C)
- Line regulation is 12mV typical at (VI = 6 to 26V, IQ = 5mA, VI = 13.5V; Tj = -40 to 125°C)
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, P-TO263-5 package
