Product Overview
EVALM12ED2106STOBO1 is a 650V, 0.7A high and low side gate driver evaluation board with 650V IGBT6 for BLDC motor drive applications. This is a power drive board including the gate driver ICs, IGBTs, power connector and signal interface. The board is intended to drive a BLDC (Brush-less Direct Current) motor by connecting to an external controller board such as EVAL-M1-101T. The board aims to boost the promoted 650V high and low side gate driver 2ED2106S06F using the SOI (Silicon-on-Isolator) technology.
- Three-phase inverter with single-shunt configuration, suitable for the home appliance applications
- DC voltage input that can be directly from the rectified DC voltage of single-phase 230 VAC input
- 650V SOI gate driver 2ED2106S06F with large negative VS tolerance
- 10A/650V rated IGBT6 with a better thermal performance
- Auxiliary power supply is included in the board
- Natural cooling with a heatsink installed on bottom side
- Maximum input voltage of 380VDC (DC+ to GND )
- Integrated ultrafast, low resistance bootstrap diode, space saving, simpler design, reduced BOM cost
- 0.97Arms typ current and 1.6Arms typ output phase current at 310VDC input, 300W input power
- 15KKHz typ inverter frequency
