CY8C6247FDI-D32T is a PSoC™ 62 high-performance, ultra-low-power and secured MCU platform, purpose-built for IoT applications. It is a combination of a high-performance microcontroller with low-power flash technology, digital programmable logic, high-performance analogue-to-digital conversion and standard communication and timing peripherals.
- 32-bit dual CPU subsystem, 150/50 CPU speed (CM4) and 100/25 CPU speed (CM0+)
- User-selectable core logic operation at either 1.1V or 0.9V
- 1024KB flash and 288KB SRAM with power and data retention control
- Flexible clocking options: IMO, ILO, on-chip crystal oscillators, PLL, FLL
- 1 no of CTBMs, 12 no of UDBs
- Up to 62 programmable GPIOs and six overvoltage-tolerant (OVT) pins
- CAPSENSE™ provides best-in-class signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), liquid tolerance, proximity sensing
- Enables dynamic usage of both self and mutual sensing
- Automatic hardware tuning (SmartSense)
- 80-WLCSP package
