Product Overview
The Epcos B722 EnergetiQ series are square shaped radial leaded, SIOV metal oxide varistors. These varistor are designed to provide maximum load capacity in a minimum component height. B722 series varistors are used as control or compensation elements in circuits either to provide optimal operating conditions or to protect against excessive transient voltages.
- Very high surge current ratings up to 15KA
- Peak energy range from 75J to 380J
- UL, CSA, VDE, IEC approved
- Operating temperature range -40°C to 85°C
- Endurance of 1000h at 85°C
- ±10% and ±5% varistor voltage tolerance
- UL94V-0 flame retardant and epoxy resin coated
- Leaded varistors in 14mm and 20mm plate sizes
