Product Overview
AZV3001FZ4-7 is a single-channel comparator developed for new generation low-power comparator families for battery-powered devices and systems requiring low-voltage operation. It has a complementary push-pull output stage that comprises P- and N-channel MOSFET for each comparator, capable of driving a rail-to-rail output swing. Applications include mobile phones, tablets, battery-powered devices, alarm and security systems.

 - Push-pull output structure
 - No phase inversion with overdrive input signals, internal hysteresis
 - Offset input voltage is 0.5mV typ at +25°C, VCC=1.6V to 5.5V, VEE=0V; VCM=0.5VCC
 - Output short-circuit current is 68mA typ at +25°C, VCC = 5.5V; VO = VEE or VCC
 - Common-mode rejection ratio is 70dB typ at ∆VCM = VCC, +25°C
 - Power supply rejection ratio is 80dB typ at ∆VCC = 1.95V, +25°C
 - Input bias current is 1pA typ at +25°C, VCC=1.6V to 5.5V, VEE=0V; VCM=0.5VCC
 - X2-DFN1410-6 package
 - Maximum junction temperature is +150°C
