MAX1190ECM+D

The MAX1190ECM+D is a dual 10bit, 120Msps, 3.3V, low power ADC with internal reference and parallel outputs in 48 pin TQFP package. It features a fully differential wideband track and hold (T/H) inputs, driving two ADC. It consumes only 105mW while delivering a typical signal to noise ratio (SNR) of 59.4dB at an input frequency of 20MHz and a sampling rate of 40Msps. Digital outputs A and B are updated alternating on the rising (CHA) and falling (CHB) edge of the clock. The T/H driven input stages incorporate 400MHz (-3dB) input amplifiers. The converter may also be operated with single ended inputs. In addition to low operating power, IC features a 2.8mA sleep mode as well as a 1µA power-down mode to conserve power during idle periods. It is used in multichannel IF sampling, baseband I/Q sampling & WLAN, WWAN, WLL, MMDS modems, set-top boxes and VSAT terminals.

• Low power dissipation of 492mW (normal operation), 10mW (sleep mode)& 3.3µW (shutdown mode)
• 0.08dB gain and 0.8° phase matching, 400MHz -3dB input bandwidth
• Wide ±1Vp-p differential analogue input voltage range
• On-chip 2.048V precision band gap reference
• Interchannel crosstalk of -71dBc at fIN = 60MHz
• Parallel, multiplexed, CMOS compatible three-state outputs
• User-selectable output format - two’s complement or offset binary
