Product Overview
LTC®6255 is a single efficient operational amplifier with low noise, low power, low supply voltage, and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. It is unity gain stable with or without capacitive loads. The combination of low supply current, low supply voltage, high gain bandwidth product and low noise makes this family unique among rail-to-rail input/output op amps with similar supply current. It is ideal for low power and low noise applications. It can be used as plug-in replacements for many commercially available op amps to reduce power and improve input/output range and performance. Application includes micropower active filters, portable instrumentation, battery or solar powered systems, and automotive electronics.
- 6.5MHz gain bandwidth product, 4.5MHz -3dB bandwidth (AV = +1)
- 65µA low quiescent current, 350µV maximum offset voltage (VCM = V– + 0.3V (PNP Region), TA = 25°C)
- C-Load™ Op Amp drives all capacitive loads
- 1.8V to 5.25V supply voltage range, –5nA typical input bias current (VCM = V– + 0.3V, TA = 25°C)
- 100dB typical common mode rejection ratio (VCM = 0.3V to 3.5V, TA = 25°C)
- 100dB typical power supply rejection ratio (VCM = 0.4V, VS Ranges from 1.8V to 5V, TA = 25°C)
- 7µA maximum shutdown current
- 1.8V/µs typical slew rate (AV = –1, VOUT = 0.5 to 4.5V, CLOAD = 10pF, RF = RG = 10kohm)
- 0.0022% typical total harmonic distortion and noise (f = 500Hz, AV = 2, RL = 4kohm, VOUTP-P = 1V)
- 6 lead plastic DFN package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
