ADG738 is a CMOS analogue matrix switch with a serially-controlled 3-wire interface. It is an 8-channel matrix switch, The device utilize a 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE®, and some DSP interface standards. The output of the input shift register, DOUT, enables a number of this part to be daisy-chained. On power-up, the internal input shift register contains all zeros and switch is in the off state. It is widely used in application such as data acquisition systems, communication systems, relay replacement, audio and video switching etc.

• Operating single supply range is 2.7V to 5.5V
• On resistance is 2.5ohm
• On-resistance flatness is 0.75ohm
• Leakage current is 100pA
• Power-on reset, TTL/CMOS-compatible
• −3dB bandwidth is 65MHz typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5p)
• Channel-to-channel crosstalk is −55dB typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 10MHz)
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C
• Packaging style is 16-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
