ADG732BCPZ-REEL is a monolithic, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) 32-channel analogue multiplexer. The ADG732 switches one of 32 inputs (S1 to S32) to a common output, D, as determined by the 5-bit binary address lines A0, A1, A2, A3, and A4. This multiplexer is designed on an enhanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed, very low on resistance, and leakage currents. It operates from a single supply of +1.8V to +5.5V and a ±2.5V dual supply, making it ideally suited to a variety of applications. On resistance is in the region of a few ohms and is closely matched between switches and very flat over the full signal range. It is used in applications such as optical applications, data acquisition systems, communication systems, relay replacement, audio and video switching, battery-powered systems, medical instrumentation, and automatic test equipment (ATE).

• Off isolation is -72dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
• 18MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (VDD = 5V ±10%, VSS = 0V, GND = 0V)
• Positive supply current is 10μA typ7ical at (digital inputs = 0V or 5.5V)
• Off switch source capacitance is 13pF typical at (f = 1MHz, VDD = 5V ±10%, VSS = 0V, GND = 0V)
• Off switch drain capacitance is 340pF typical at (f = 1MHz, VDD = 5V ±10%, VSS = 0V, GND = 0V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 48-lead LFCSP package
