Product Overview
ADG723 is a monolithic CMOS SPST switch. This switch is designed on an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. This device is designed to operate from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply, making them ideal for use in battery-powered instruments and with the new generation of DACs and ADCs from Analog Devices, Inc. The device contain two independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The device, switch 1 is normally open and switch 2 is normally closed. Each switch device conducts equally well in both directions when on. This device exhibits break-before-make switching action. It is used in application such as USB 1.1 signal switching circuits, cell phones, PDAs, battery-powered systems, communication systems, sample hold systems, audio signal routing, video switching, mechanical reed relay replacement etc.

- 200MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- Fast switching times tON is 20ns maximum at (VS = 3V), tOFF is 10ns maximum at (VS = 3V)
- TTL/CMOS compatible
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -77dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 10MHz)
- Charge injection is 2pC typical at (VS = 2V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 8-lead MSOP
