ADG5401BRMZ-RL7

ADG5401BRMZ-RL7 is a monolithic industrial, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analogue switch containing a latch-up immune single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switch. This switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and has an input signal range that extends to the power supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. The ultralow on resistance and on-resistance flatness of this switch make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. The latch-up immune construction and high ESD rating make this switch more robust in harsh environments. It is used in applications such as high-voltage signal routing, automatic test equipment, analogue front-end circuits, precision data acquisition, amplifier gain selection, industrial instrumentation, and relay replacement.

• Latch-up immune under all circumstances, 8kV human body model (HBM) ESD rating
• ±9V to ±22V dual-supply operation, 9V to 40V single-supply operation
• Fully specified at ±15V, ±20V, +12V, and +36V, VDD to VSS analogue signal range
• On resistance is 6.5 ohm typical at (VS = ±10V, IS = -10mA)
• On-resistance flatness is 1 ohm typical at (VS = ±10V, IS = -10mA)
• 170MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• tON is 160ns typ at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF), tOFF is 175ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
• Off isolation is -50dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
• Total harmonic distortion + noise is 0.01% typ at (RL = 1Kohm, 15V p-p, f = 20Hz to 20KHz)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead MSOP package
