ADG1308BRZ-REEL7

ADG1308BRZ-REEL7 is a monolithic analogue multiplexer consisting of eight single channels. The ADG1308 switches one of eight inputs to a common output as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1, and A2. An EN input on the devices enables or disables the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. When the switches are on, each switch conducts equally well in both directions and has an input signal range that extends to the power supplies. In the off condition, signal levels upto the supplies are blocked. All switches exhibit break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. Inherent in the design is the low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs. It is used in applications such as audio and video routing, test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, communication systems, and signal routing.

• 500MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, VDD = +15V ±10%, VSS = -15V ±10%)
• Off isolation is 80dB typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz, VDD = +15V ±10%, VSS = -15V ±10%)
• Charge injection is 2pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF, VDD = +15V ±10%)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 16-lead SOIC-N package
