ADAU1860 is a codec with three inputs and one output that incorporates two digital signal processors(DSPs). The path from the analogue input to the DSP core to the analogue output is optimized for low latency and is ideal for noise cancelling earphone. With the addition of just a few passive components, the ADAU1860 provides a complete earphone solution. Typical application includes noise cancelling handsets, headsets and headphones, Bluetooth active noise cancelling (ANC) handsets, headsets and headphones, personal navigation devices, digital still and video cameras, musical instrument effect processors, multimedia speaker systems and smartphones.

• Programmable FastDSP audio processing engine, up to 768KHz sample rate
• Flexible power operation mode of 24.576MHz, 49.152MHz, 73.728MHz and 98.304MHz
• 336KB total memory, JTAG debug and trace
• Low latency, 24bit ADCs and DAC (106dB SNR, 110dB combined SNR)
• Programmable double precision MAC engine for maximum 24 stage equalizer
• Serial port sample rates from 8KHz to 768KHz
• 3 differential or single ended analogue inputs, configurable as microphone or line inputs
• Analog differential audio output, configurable as either line output or headphone drive
• 2 PDM O/P channels, 8 digital microphone I/P, 8 interpolators and 8 decimators with flexible routing
• 56 ball WLCSP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
