Product Overview
ADA4098-2HRZ is a dual robust, precision, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier (op-amp). The ADA4098-2 Over-The-Top™ input stages have robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate upto 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to DC accuracy. The operating common-mode input range extends from rail to rail and beyond, upto 70V <gt/> -VS, independent of the +VS supply. This device has unity-gain stability and can drive loads requiring upto 20mA per channel. This device can also drive capacitive loads as large as 200pF. This amplifier is available with low-power shutdown. It is used in applications such as industrial sensor conditioning, supply current sensing, battery and power supply monitoring, front-end amplifiers in abusive environments, and 4mA to 20mA transmitters.

- Input voltage noise is 400nV p-p typical at (frequency (f) = 0.1Hz to 10Hz, TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 0.4V/µs typical at (ΔVOUT = 2V, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 1.05MHz typical at (test frequency (fTEST) = 2.5KHz)
- Large signal voltage gain is 150dB typical at (delta output voltage (ΔVOUT) = 3.5V)
- Input overdrive tolerant with no phase reversal, ±3kV HBM and ±1.25kV FICDM
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 140dB typical at (VCM = -0.1V to +70V, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is ±0.35nA typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C, 8-lead SOIC package
