Product Overview
ADA4097-2BRZ is a dual robust, precision, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier (op-amp). This device features offset voltages of <lt/>60µV, input bias currents (IB) of <lt/>0.3nA, and can operate on single or split supplies that range from 3V to 50V. The ADA4097-2 Over-The-Top™ input stages have robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate upto 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to DC accuracy. The operating common-mode input range extends from rail to rail and beyond, upto 70V <gt/> -VS, independent of the +VS supply. The unity gain is stable and can drive loads requiring upto 20mA per channel. This device can also drive capacitive loads as large as 200pF. It is used in applications such as industrial sensor conditioning, supply current sensing, battery and power supply monitoring, front-end amplifiers in abusive environments, and 4mA to 20mA transmitters.

- Slew rate is 0.1V/µs typical at (ΔVOUT = 4V, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 130KHz typical at (5V supply, TA = 25°C)
- Supply current per channel is 32.5µA typical at (5V supply, TA = 25°C)
- PSRR is 145dB typ at (VSY = +3V to ±25V), 1% settling time is 70µs typ at (5V supply, TA = 25°C)
- Large signal voltage gain is 140dB typical at (delta output voltage (ΔVOUT) = 3.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead SOIC-N package
