Product Overview
AD8185 (G=+2) is a high-speed triple 2:1 multiplexer. This offers 15ns channel-to-channel switching time, making them an excellent choice for switching video signals while consuming less than 25mA on ±5V supply voltages. This device offers a high-speed disable feature that can set the output into a high-impedance state. This allows the building of larger input arrays while minimizing “OFF” channel output loading. Application includes pixel switching for “picture-in-picture”, switching RGB in LCD and plasma displays, RGB video switchers and routers.

- Fast high impedance output disable feature for connecting multiple devices
- Typical -3dB bandwidth (small signal) is 590/360MHz (VOUT=200mV p-p, TA=25°C)
- Typical slew rate is 1000/1150V/μs (2V Step, TA=25°C, VS=5V, RL=1Kohm)
- Typical settling time to 0.1% is 15ns ( 2V step, RL=150 ohm, TA=25°C, VS=5V, RL=1Kohm)
- Typical differential gain is 0.01% (NTSC or PAL, 150 ohm, TA=25°C, VS=5V, RL=1Kohm)
- Typical voltage gain error is 0.20% (no load, TA=25°C, VS=5V, RL=1Kohm)
- Power supply operating range from ±4.5 to ±5V (TA=25°C, VS=5V, RL=1Kohm)
- 24-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
- Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
