Product Overview
AD8066 is a dual channel, high performance, fastFET opamp. This amplifier is developed in the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB process and allow exceptionally low noise operation (7nV/√Hz and 0.6fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedance. With a wide supply voltage range from 5V to 24V, the ability to operate on single supplies, and a bandwidth of 145MHz, this device is designed to work in a variety of applications. It is widely used in application such as automotive driver assistance systems, photodiode preamps, filters, A/D drivers, level shifting, buffering etc.
- Power supply rejection ratio is −100dB typ
- Slew rate is 180V/µs typ at (G = +2, VO = 4V step)
- Wide supply voltage range is 5V to 24V
- Single-supply and rail-to-rail output, no phase reversal
- Input offset voltage is 1.5mV max
- High common-mode rejection ratio is −100dB typ
- SFDR is −88dBc typ at (fC = 1 MHz, G = +2, VO = 2V p-p)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 6.4mA typ
