AD7606BBSTZ-RL

AD7606BBSTZ-RL is a 16bit, simultaneous sampling, analogue-to-digital data acquisition system (DAS) with eight channels. Each channel contains analogue input clamp protection, a programmable gain amplifier (PGA), a low-pass filter, and a 16bit successive approximation register (SAR), analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). It also contains a flexible digital filter, low drift, 2.5V precision reference, and reference buffer to drive the ADC and flexible parallel and serial interface. This device operates from a single 5V supply and accommodates ±10V, ±5V, and ±2.5V true bipolar input ranges when sampling at throughput rates of 800kSPS for all channels. The input clamp protection tolerates voltages upto ±21V. It is used in applications such as power line monitoring, protective relays, multiphase motor control, instrumentation and control systems, and data acquisition systems.

• Total unadjusted error is ±3LSB typical at (AVCC = 4.75V to 5.25V)
• Input impedance drift is 1ppm/°C typical at (AVCC = 4.75V to 5.25V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 64-lead LQFP package
