Product Overview
AD7605-4 is a 4-channel, 16-bit, simultaneous sampling, analogue to digital data acquisition system (DAS). The device contains analogue input clamp protection, a second-order antialiasing filter, a track-and-hold amplifier, a 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), a 2.5 V reference and reference buffer and high speed serial and parallel interfaces. Typical applications include power line monitoring and protection systems, multiphase motor control, instrumentation and control systems, multiaxis positioning systems and data acquisition systems(DAS).

- True bipolar analogue input ranges: ±10V (maximum), ±5V (maximum)
- Single 5V analogue supply and 2.5V to 5V VDRIVE (nominal)
- Fully integrated data acquisition solution: analogue input clamp protection
- Input buffer with 1Mohm analogue input impedance and second-order antialiasing analogue filter
- On-chip accurate reference and reference buffer and 16bit ADC with 300KSPS on all channels
- Serial peripheral interface (SPI)/QSPI/MICROWIRE/DSP compatible
- Performance: 7KV ESD rating on analogue input pins and standby mode: 25mW (typical)
- 64 lead LQFP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
