Product Overview
AD5692RACPZ-RL7 is a nanoDAC+®, low-power, single-channel, 14bit buffered voltage output DAC. The internal power-on reset circuit ensures that the DAC register is written to zero scale at power-up while the internal output buffer is configured in normal mode. It contains a power-down mode that reduces the current consumption of the device to 2µA (maximum) at 5V and provides software-selectable output loads. It uses an I²C interface. It is used in applications such as process controls, data acquisition systems, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage sources, and optical modules.
- 1.8V VLOGIC compatible, relative accuracy is ±4LSB maximum at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Differential nonlinearity is ±1LSB maximum at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Total unadjusted error is ±0.16% of FSR typ at (internal reference, gain = 1, VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Gain temperature coefficient is ±1ppm/°C typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Output voltage settling time is 5µs typical at (gain = 1, VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Slew rate is 0.7V/µs typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Digital-to-analogue glitch impulse is 0.1nV-s typical at (±1LSB change around major carry, gain = 2)
- Output noise spectral density is 300nV/√Hz typical at (DAC code = midscale, 10KHz)
- Gain error is ±0.05% of FSR typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 8-lead LFCSP-UD package
