Product Overview
SFH 9206-6/7 is a reflective interrupter. It is a 940nm emitter with a silicon NPN phototransistor in a SMT package. The product qualification test plan is based on the guidelines of AEC-Q101-REV-C, stress test qualification for automotive grade discrete semiconductors. Application includes position and angle sensing.
- ESD: 2 kV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2)
- Optimal operating distance range from 1mm to 5mm
- Daylight cut-off filter, emitter and detector electrically isolated
- Soldering method: IR reflow soldering
- Peak wavelength is 950nm typ (IF = 50mA, tp = 20ms, TA = 25°C)
- Forward voltage is 1.45V typ (IF = 50mA, tp = 20ms, TA = 25°C)
- Thermal resistance junction – ambient is 495 K/W max (TA = 25°C)
- Dark current is 1nA typ (VCE = 16V, E = 0, TA = 25°C)
- Capacitance is 5pF typ (VCE = 0V, f = 1MHz, E = 0, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature -40°C to 100°C
