Product Overview
M95640-DWDW4TP/K is an automotive 64Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROMs with high-speed clock. This device is accessed by a simple serial SPI-compatible interface running upto 20MHz. The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (electrically erasable programmable memory). It offers an additional identification page (32byte) in which this device identification can be read. This page can also be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be later permanently locked in read-only mode.
- Operating voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
- Write protection by block: 1/4, 1/2 or whole memory
- Additional write lockable page (identification page)
- Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering
- ESD protection (human body model) is 4000V
- Load capacitance is 100pF maximum
- Input rise and fall time is 25ns maximum
- Input leakage current is 2µA maximum at (VIN = VSS or VCC)
- Output leakage current is 3µA maximum at (S = VCC, VOUT = VSS or VCC)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 145°C, TSSOP8 package
