Product Overview
The Q4015L5 is a 3-pin standard isolated TRIAC with tin-plated terminals and epoxy body. The Qxx15xx-series TRIAC is designed for AC switching and phase control applications. The internally constructed isolated package is offered for ease of heat sinking with highest isolation voltage and solid-state switching eliminates arcing or contact bounce that creates voltage transients.
