Product Overview
ADA4177-2 is a dual channel amplifier. The inputs of the device feature outstanding precision amplifier robustness, providing input protection against signal excursions 32V beyond either supply, as well as 70dB of rejection for electromagnetic interference (EMI) at 1000MHz. It is widely used in application such as wireless base station control circuits, optical network control circuits, instrumentation, sensors and controls, thermocouples, RTDs, strain gages, shunt current measurements etc.
- Low offset voltage is 3µV typ, unity-gain stable
- Low offset voltage drift is 1.6µV/° max, no phase reversal
- Low input bias current is −0.4nA typ
- Low voltage noise density is 8nV/√Hz typ at 1kHz
- Large signal voltage gain (AVO) is 110dB typ at (RL = 2Kohm, VOUT = −4.5V to +4.5V)
- Supply current per amplifier is 500µA typ
- Gain bandwidth (AV = 100) is 3.5MHz typ, unity-gain crossover (AV = 1) is 3.5MHz typ
- −3dB bandwidth (AV = 1) is 6MHz typ, temperature hysteresis is 2µV typ
- Operating temperature is −40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 8-lead standard small outline package [SOIC-N]
